Verify recipient and privacy
Alpha messages are readable by the backend. No end-to-end encryption is claimed. This device keeps originals and pending messages in browser storage. Signing out hides them, but does not erase them.
Background alerts
If you enable alerts, this browser shares its push subscription with our server and its push service. Generic alerts may appear on your lock screen for up to 30 days, even after closing or reloading the app. Alerts contain no names or message text. Opening an alert still requires sign-in. Turn alerts off here or sign out to revoke this installation.
Translation
Turn translation off and keep sending original messages. If the server cannot confirm the change, we will tell you.
Cloudflare translation
Limited alpha: translations can get gender, formality, or singular/plural wording wrong. Always check the original when meaning matters.
Review translation privacy
Translation sends message text and language instructions to Cloudflare. Originals are always preserved. This alpha is not end-to-end encrypted. Automatic translations are unverified and can be wrong. When the free allowance runs out, translation stops with no paid fallback.
Both people must agree. Only messages received by the server after consent becomes active are eligible; earlier history is not translated. You can withdraw your consent here.
Keep messages short if you need translation. Longer originals still send, but may remain untranslated; the limit varies with the text and language.
Translations are unavailable until an approved provider is connected. Originals always remain visible.
